The actual car company was very, very good, driver was fantastic, on time, very friendly. My only issue was the price went up a lot from my initial quote through Poptop. Then VAT needed adding too. This was not clear at all in the initial quote. I'm not sure if this is an admin issue with Poptops. In the end I just paid and in fairness, the service with the driver was outstanding, so I didn't mind.

Really great driver, kind and reliable. Was early despite horrendous traffic and very patient.
Communication up to the day could be a little more responsive but all went great.

Tony was accommodating and punctual. My daughter and 27 other girls absolutely loved singing and dancing on his bus. Would book Tony again for sure.
