Pat was so helpful when booking him last minute and was so communicative about everything. He arrived on time and was very good at dealing with allergies (serving celiacs first and even separating pork for them for later to stop any cross contamination) and gave us all the left over pork at the end of the night. Pat was so lovely and all guests commented on how nice and helpful he was during service. Highly recommend

We had an incredible experience for 185 guests with Tom Piper's Hog Roast at our Church weekend away in June 2025.
From the outset, booking and communication were seamless, with David offering outstanding support throughout the process. (including numerous gluten-free questions)
The Hog and chips was absolutely delicious—especially the perfectly cooked Hog and fabulous crackling, which the Church members couldn’t stop raving about!
David and Max were professional, responsive, and ensured everything ran smoothly, making the event truly memorable.

Both Shannon and Lee were absolutely brilliant to deal with from start to finish. The service and food was impeccable and all our clients were over the moon with this after a hard day competing at the Driffield Show.

This was a fabulous experience making a special birthday even more special thanks to Marcello. Each course was perfectly presented, meticulously planned and absolutely delicious. Marcello's passion and talent for food really stood out. This was the best dinner we have ever had and we can't wait to book again for our next occasion. Matt at Flip was easy to communicate with and responded to all of my questions promptly. The food was fantastic; the pulled pork was definitely a highlight. I have no hesitation in recommending his company.
