We are planning a wedding for Saturday 30 July 2016. Likely to be around 100 seated for a meal, some more added for the evening with dancing = c 130. Church wedding beforehand probably 2pm, arriving at venue around 3.30. We only need the tents for a one day event but would obviously like to be able to set up and decorate in advance so it would be advantageous to have access at least the previous afternoon.

I am getting married on 18th June 2016 and would like to reserve some tents for the occasion for my guests to stay in on my dads farm. At present I would like to find out details and cost and possibly reserve some tents if the package is right. I am hoping to send out information of the hire company I use with my invites next week and my guest can then call and book their own tents using my name and the date of the wedding as a booking reference, to make it simple for them. I need to hire a marquee for my wedding next summer on 8th July. Ideally I would like a traditional pole marquee but its not essential. The wedding would be for approx 150 seated guests and then 200 standing guests in the evening. For the seated guests I would like round tables, with 8 guests per table (so probably 20 tables in total) and chiavari chairs. We would also require a catering tent, bar ( for us to run ourselves), a chill out area, bar tables, outdoor furniture, fire pits, a sofa area, in addition to various decorative pieces (such as white fencing and outdoor lighting). Please could you let me know if you have availability and also could you provide a price list?
We are looking for a marquee for our summer ball at which there will be 250 guests. We would like a arquee to cover our main stage. The audience will not have to be covered but we would like the arquee to look impressive and attractive as the mains stage is an important part of the ball.
