Food By Hope Seasonal Five-Course Tasting Menu
I provide all the plates and cutlery needed for the food, i can also offer matching wine recommendations. I ask you all to have the same dishes unless of any dietary requirements. On the day i would like to arrive around one hour before you would like to eat, this gives me time to set up and introduce myself. I prepare around 85% of the food before i arrive using local produce to me and produce from my own kitchen garden and allotments.
