My experience over all was good communication wasn't great tbh as they had my address wrong.but was soon recified after few emails .on the day my sons prom driver turned up on time was lovely friendly guy..My son loved the GTR.. I think as I paid for a hour and only got 30 mins it's a bit expensive..but never mind ..
