I had this as a predominately a veggie option, however it proved to be more popular than the meat options. Though the preparation meant that people had to wait for their food to be made , people were more than happy to wait. I had very positive feedback from all of my guests

Steve was completely amazing at our wedding. Everything was made according to the schedule we provided and served up punctually. The food was completely delicious - everyone had enough food and really enjoyed it! Steve made a special portion for one of our guests who had a legumes allergy. No other special arrangements were necessary as the choice of paella and tapas satisfied most dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend Steve!

From initial discussions, to how flexible she was with our event right the way through to the delicious crepes and friendly service, Maria was incredible. We would not have had the turn out for our event without Maria and her crepes-they were the main talking point throughout the two days with great feedback from the hospital management team. We will be booking Maria again in the future!

Absolutely best thing I have ever done for our family parties!!! No hassle for me preparing food for so many guests - Frying squad turned up on time, prepared food on time, all hassle free!!! All good was of amazing standard, probably some of the nicest fish and chips I’ve had!! Everyone had nothing but praise to say! Plenty of food cooked, many of my guests went back for seconds and even thirds!!! Would most definitely be hiring the Flying Squad again, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
