He was patient, understanding and knew how to take great natural shots as well as shots with scenic backgrounds and most importantly captured the joy, love and excitement of my graduation day with my family. Bill was on time and you could quickly see this man had bundles of experience and he really knew how to engage people making everyone feel at ease.
