We had our pre-meeting to discuss the wedding day itinerary in detail, he's very responsive, he arrived on time and made us comfortable while photographing our very special day.. Deb was very helpful right from the start and kept in regular contact with us throughout.
Deb is very friendly which helped put at ease on our big day and she sent us some photos on the same day as a little preview with the main set of photos being sent 2 days later.
