Really disappointing experience with this vendor. Their description states they can cater indoor venues with a food stall, however, nowhere does it state that they can only do ground floor events. I recommend they update their page so it's clearly stated.
They didn't end up attending our event as it was on the 7th floor of our building, and they hadn't asked for clarification on our event set-up, even though they have clear restrictions on what they can attend.
Although they were unable to fulfil the event requirements, they refused to cancel the booking, and instead decided to keep the deposit.

Thank you for your review. I’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. The booking was cancelled 12 days before the event, and our cancellation policy clearly states that refunds are not available within 14 days of the event date. Like any business, I purchase stock and make preparations in advance, so the deposit becomes non-refundable once we are within that period.
My listing also specifies that I operate from a 5-metre catering trailer. It is not physically possible to transport a trailer to the 7th floor of a building. When we say we can cater for “indoor events,” this refers to indoor venues where the trailer can be parked, such as covered or ground-floor spaces with suitable access.

We hired What a Melt for our corporate event, our staff loved the cheese toasties! Hana adjusted the menu to fit our needs, she was lovely and communication was good. Both ladies who we met on the day were great. Amazing food and service! Would definitely recommend and will be booking again if we have the opportunity.
