Really impressed with the service from WA Carr. I contacted three companies, and they were the best to deal with by far. They handled my hiring enquiry very effectively. Also, I had to change some of the collection arrangements - and they managed it with excellent customer service.

A huge thank you to W.A. Carr & Son for catering for our recent garden party. Prior to the event, the communication with Adam was always excellent, and he helped us decide what was needed. On the day of set up, they took care of everything, and within half an hour, our garden looked so pretty with the gazebos, tables and benches all set up. Everyone commented on how lovely it all looked!

Brilliant service, great people. Their huge warehouse is like an event treasure trove. Good delivery options. Good quality equipment. Their service goes the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble, especially from Matthew. His attention to detail made all my family even more excited about the 18th birthday party we are planning! Max, Connor and the rest of the team were also great. This is a strong recommend from me!

We used WA Carr and Son for our annual family summer party. As usual the booking was a very easy process and there was no problem amending the order. They arrived as promised on the appointed day and Steve made sure we were completely happy at each stage. He returned twice to ensure the marquee and catering equipment were as we ordered and wanted.
