I cannot recommend their party bus enough! I just wish we had booked for longer. The staff throughout were so brilliant and attentive, from booking to us getting off the bus. We booked for a hen do in London, and it was just the most fun, party atmosphere and everyone encouraged the best time. We danced, sang and drank our way through the streets of London. Everyone member of staff on the bus was accommodating, lively and joined in the fun. I will be booking again!
Brilliant experience, booked to transport 55 from our football club. Super friendly and helpful and made our evening very easy to organise. Would definitely recommend, everyone on board had a fantastic time. Sound system was excellent and staff were great fun and created the perfect atmosphere for our celebrations.
I heard about the party bus from a friend who recommended it to me & thank god they did. I spoke to Saffron and she explained everything i needed to know in detail. I booked the party bus for my 30th birthday, the service was smooth and clean & the sound system was booming!!! I would definitely recommend for parties/events or any special occasion in general. I would deffo book again haha
I would love to give this company the praise they deserve! Their customer service was great. Our DJ (who we privately hired) bailed on us on the night, but the team were so helpful and resourceful they even set up bluetooth for us and played an automated playlist. Good music all throughout the night and the staff members were really kind and friendly. If you're looking for a LIT party bus experience I would highly recommend.
Great way to travel in style, the party bus took us door-to-door to our evening event - fantastic music system, very helpful driver and a lot of fun! Highly recommend.
Overall, it turned out ok and Neville worked with us to achieve close to what we wanted - transporting 29 kids to their prom. The music was great (sound system was a bit temperamental), the bus was a bit tired but fitted us all in easily. The big problem was that the bus was late and had arrived via a route which involved lower bridges. There was a much better route that could have been taken. Unfortunately, the bus got stuck in country lanes and all the kids in their prom outfits had to walk quite a way to meet it. Not quite how we had pictured it working.
I would suggest that the bus provider plans an appropriate route to the pick up in advance to avoid this happening. We were made to feel that we should have anticipated the problems but had no idea where the bus was coming from and felt the organiser should have been responsible for selecting their route to get to us. Anyway, the kids had a great time once on the bus and Neville was pretty calm and very friendly throughout.
Bus was going to be half an hour late then broke down, still waiting on refund and ruined day.
