Absolutely awful service. We had a query and asked numerous times- at the time of booking, by email, on your platform and over the phone. Got a response far too late for the event and had to lose our deposit. Terrible service.

I’m sorry you feel this way about your experience with us.
Unfortunately you cancelled your original booking and we kindly agreed to accommodate it at another date. We heard back from you over a year later to which you re booked and then wanted to cancel again but the deposit remains non refundable. I appreciate your frustration but rules are rules.
Its a shame as this review is no reflection on our actual bus service experience.

We booked this company for our school prom 55 year 6’s! And omg it was worth every single penny the kids are still talking about it a week later they had so much fun. The two guys were AMAZING - parents are even looking to book with them in the future!
1000% would book these guys again!

I cannot trcommend neveill and his double decker bus enough. They turn up early got oarked out side the gouse. Done oerfect music and we just brilliantl. Actually ally they was the best part of the day.
