From start to finish the communication was excellent, accommodating our schedule and plenty of time for some lovely photos after the ceremony. On the day, Ken was prompt and kept us updated on his progress so we knew everything was on track, and the car looked amazing, spotlessly clean and really made the photos. We hired Ken to give my mom a ‘trip down memory lane’ for her 80th birthday present. We all enjoyed the trip very much, and we all felt that it was just a really wonderful afternoon. My mom will be talking about it with her friends for ages! Ken’s flexibility with my mom’s itinerary and skills driving the Bentley round the streets of the Black Country were much admired! We we really enjoyed meeting Ken and listening to the interesting history of his 1955 Bentley. Highly recommended.

Ken was absolutely wonderful. The communication was great, with a phone call a couple of weeks before and regular updates via text. Arrived early, but was happy to wait / chat about the car. Very lovely to chat to and my son enjoyed his ride to his prom. Ken was a sensible driver and made the experience both safe and lovely! Excellent service from the first inquiry to the end of the booking - cannot rate Ken’s customer service highly enough. Booked for a school prom, and this beautiful car and well-delivered service really got the whole event off to a great start. Ken is thorough, punctual and attentive; very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its history, and the perfect gentleman in the role of chauffeur. Bentley S1 Limosuine Hire Review From start to finish the experience with Ken’s service was exceptional. Everything was communicated clearly from pick up points, journeys and times. I really appreciated Ken organising a call a few days before our wedding just to confirm and check if there was anything else to know. Then we get to the actual day and Ken and the car were dressed impeccably and I’ve never seen a car so clean it was absolute perfection. While it’s not often you like to be looked at while driving in a car, on this occasion it was the completely opposite. There was ample time for photographs and the journey to the church and venue was incredibly enjoyable and such a special moment. The champagne in the car after the wedding was a fantastic touch and we were so pleased we did this. Ken couldn’t have done more and was so accommodating. Honestly if the above doesn’t say it I cannot recommend using Bentley S1 Limosuine Hire and Ken enough, it was the best decision we made.
