Good quality food, quick service, the fellow running the pizza box was very nice and helpful. The food was very well received by guests who enjoyed it greatly. Only two small issues in the whole time - one an early miscommunication it’s not a whole pizza per person (it’s on their T&Cs but easy to miss). Not an issue for us as we’d over ordered and had extra. Booking will also lead you to a separate website after where some things can change (for example, it includes a small booking fee after you’ve booked which feels a little cheeky.) That said would use them again. Great food and still better value than the competition!

First red flag was no telephone number. Arrived late. We paid for extra hour, but didn't receive a whole extra hour as driver insisted they had to leave for another event. Untrained staff. Driver couldn't reverse into position, my husband had to do it. Pizzas were made slowly, on pre-made bases. Two people came, a young lad who was left on his own like a rabbit in headlights (we felt sorry for him). Older driver who disappeared smoking and talking on her phone, and was rude. In advance we asked for half pizzas to be served to ensure everybody got something quickly - this didn't happen. Immediately after the event we emailed Jessica at Vines who said she would investigate and revert. I have chased twice since. She has never replied. Beware - at best if you get decent staff you will get ordinary pizzas.

We had the pizza van for our wedding, pizzas were really good and service was fast considering the amount of guests we had. I did expect a whole pizza per person but it came in slices of two which actually was better as we had other food trucks available. The horseshoe box also really fit our theme. The only downside for me, although value for money was extremely good, there were hidden extras compared to the original quote on poptop.

This supplier (Jess) was very difficult to deal with, The price quoted on POPTOP was NOT the price it ended up being They turned up an hour late, clearly having come straight from another event judging by how wet the Gazebo was! They promised 150 pizza boxes, they turned up with about half that and served some/most on plastic trays which was inconvenient given people were standing (which is why we wanted boxes!) 1 x person cooking (the person who drove the car did absolutely nothing else), so the whole process was slow and cumbersome, meaning people had to queue whilst 1 person had to prep/cook All in a terrible experience and I would not in any way recommend this company

We used this service for our anniversary party and would highly recommend it. It was very popular with our guests and we would 100% use again.
