We are a small, independent mobile wood fired sourdough pizza company, based in Waterloo, Merseyside.
We are always delighted when we are asked to cater for private events. We can provide catering for your wedding, party or any other event, cooking and serving the pizza from our converted vintage Rice horse trailer or, from our gazebo setup, where space and access is at a premium.
We offer slow fermented (72 hours) wood fired sourdough pizza. Our dough is made fresh for each event, it is never frozen, using only flour, water, salt and a 6-year-old starter. Provenance is important to us, so we are committed to using ingredients from the highest quality British and Italian producers. All our pizzas are made fresh to order. They are hand stretched and then cooked at 450 degrees in our wood burning oven.
