These guys were the best. Excellent cocktails and selection of wines, prosecco and top brand spirits including alcohol free versions. The service was brilliant in that they went around the group topping up drinks and lining up cocktails and allowing guests to make their own. I even saw them tidying up plates etc from the caterers which wasn’t part of their job. Very happy indeed and would use again.

We hired UK Bartenders for a festival-themed hen do with 20 attendees. Prior to the event, they were extremely responsive and provided us with a diverse cocktail menu to choose from. After we made our selections, they sent a comprehensive shopping list of ingredients, which was incredibly helpful.
On the day of the event, Fernando arrived early and exceeded our expectations. He not only crafted amazing cocktails from our preselected menu and on-the-spot requests but also ensured that all guests had their drinks topped up throughout the event. Fernando was diligent in collecting glasses and even handled much of the washing up between making drinks. At one point, he even created some custom shots that were a huge hit with everyone.
I cannot recommend UK Bartenders enough and would definitely book them again!
Fernando was very attentive and responsive. He was on time (even earlier) and built everything quite fast and also gave me ideas on where would fit and look better the bar.
The Bartender Juan was amazing, everybody loved him! Very friendly and made amazing drinks!

We had the most wonderful experience with Fernando, Filipe and Nadean!
We booked the event quite last minute but Fernando contacted us instantly and prepped us well to get all the ingredients in.
On the day of the event, both Filipe and Nadean arrived early and start prepping right away. They worked very smoothly and quickly together and communicated with us very well to make sure we were happy. Both bartender and waiting services were very professional and guests were super happy with the drinks.
After the event, the venue was tidied and cleaned and we were left with a clean home!
Nadean and Filipe were all you can want and made our anniversary evening very hassle free and enjoyable!

The run-up to our event was smooth with quick responses on Whatapp. Jacqueline was great on the day, really friendly, helpful and made great cocktails. She even stayed on for a few minutes to give us some cocktail making tips. I highly recommend this service.

We do not usually book staff for events without first having recommendations and I was anxious to do this-
However Fernando and Filipe arrived early after a long drive to us in the suffolk countryside and we could not have been more delighted. We were around 60 guests for a christening, Impeccable service and professionalism throughout. Worked incredibly hard and more than happy to stay an extra hour to help.

I booked a mixologist for my 30th birthday party was super pleased with the service. Fernando was very responsive and helpful leading up to the party to make sure that I had all the right ingredients, and then Gui the mixologist was super professional, proactive and friendly. Would book again!

The service in advance of the event was great, providing a full list of cocktails to select and a shopping list.
We even had two requested cocktails added.
Our bartender arrived in plenty of time and set up. He made amazing drinks all evening. Provided a warm and welcoming service to our guests and was an absolute pleasure to have.

UK Bartenders provided an excellent team to support our annual formal function at relatively short notice. The team brilliantly hosted drinks in our reception, handing drinks to arriving guests and moving around the reception room to top-up drinks. Simultaneously, half the team placed the starters on the tables ready for the guests when we moved to the tables. Additional, they were able to cover for my mistake of not placing the wine on the table by supporting myself on getting them to tables and corks removed. The staff successfully used the table plans to ensure guests received correct meals to their dietary requirements which had only been introduced to them on the evening and they adapted perfectly to the challenge. Additionally, the team would go out their way to ensure the meal progressed to schedule, supporting the chefs and myself, to ensure plates and bowls were available to the chefs for plating as well as serving additional bottles of wine to the table when requested by the guests. Once the meal concluded the team were excellent by clearing the tables quietly (not to disturb speeches in the bar next door) and were finished prior to their allotted time.

Jaqueline and her team were delightful and made our wedding run so smoothly. They were resourceful, calm and considerate meaning that we could enjoy our day knowing they were on top of running the food and drink service. They kindly accepted to do paid overtime which was really appreciated.

Fernando was so helpful with all the details and follow up questions, answering everything that we need to know.
He planned all the bar, create the menu and did a stunning set up using all the lights and boxes , creating a nice estruture and back bar.

The initial set up the day before was great. The layout was also brilliant. The two staff members who worked on the day were not overly enthusiastic but pleasant. The cocktails were lovely although very weak. The waitress was not proactive in serving drinks to guests and had to be asked even though this had been firmly agreed during the booking process.
I am compelled to share our disastrous experience with UK Bartenders for our wedding on 26 June 2024. Anticipating professionalism for our 40 guests, we faced a barrage of inefficiency instead. The service we received was not in line with what was promised - Fernando’s claims of being able to handle 1000+ guests fell flat. Despite providing clear instructions to his team beforehand, the service was inefficient. Meals arrived cold, children were left unfed, and drink replenishment was slow, affecting the flow of our celebration, forcing family intervention to try to mitigate the situation (evidence of the guidance given and the subsequent service we received can be seen in the accompanying evidence images). After considering a partial refund, the collective input from our guests and third party suppliers regarding their direct experiences exacerbated our concerns and solidified our decision to seek a full refund, a measure we find justified given Fernando's acknowledgement that the standard we were promised on the day was not present. Fernando and his team were supposed to make our day better but in fact made it infinitely worse. We hope this review serves as a cautionary note for potential clients seeking to use Fernando’s services.
