Hired hot tub for lockdown birthday and absolutely loved it! The customer service was fantastic and the owner who delivered the hot tub was lovely and friendly! Set it up very quick and very helpful. The hot tub was amazing; had a fab weekend and would recommend this company to anyone!
Absolutely brilliant service. Mike totally went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. The set up was great. We had a brilliant time. Mike was always on the end of the phone if we had a question about something. Great bloke and top quality equipment and service. Excellent service, however poor time keeping. Turned up a couple of hours later than they said they would but once here were efficient and problem solved all eventualities. Good quality kit and stayed super warm despite the single figure outside temperatures. Overall I would use the again.
This service was stressful from start to finish, driver couldn’t set up the hot tub the day before as planned so had to set it up the day we needed it, he was apologetic and upgraded us some extra add ons and alcohols at no cost, however due to it being set up the day we needed it this led us to not actually get to use the hot tub as it only reached 30 degrees which was luke warn nearly cold which was not comfortable to sit in, so we did not get to use it, however we was not offered a full refund and still had to pay £109 all together as the owner was not willing to take a loss. This ruined the day and unfortunately with this being my first experience I would not rent a hot tub again let alone use this company. The owner Mike did go out his way to make it work, but this is what I would expect for a business to do well, the reason for having to pay was because his van broke down and he had to insure his car! Which is nothing to do with my service. he should of just cancelled my booking, it was not my fault if anything in his day goes pair shape these things should not be put on to the paying customer. I did not find this service professional or easy to say the least
