Hello my name is Simon Reader, owner and Head Chef at Thorpe Bay Kitchen ,i am a fullt qualified chef with many years of experience gained both in the local area and in London, this has varied from Restaurants to Wedding and Function Venues. I have experiences gained from working as a Head Chef for contract catering companies in the city of London providing food for directors and clients and private dining. I have also had specialist training courses with chefs including Shaun Hill, Anton Mossiman. I am fully qualified with city and guilds professional cookery certificates, food hygiene, health and safety, DBS certified.
A chef with over thirty years of experience in the catering Industry with a depth of knowledge gained in private and corporate dining , and event catering, I can provide the high quality food for you and your friends or family to enjoy at home or your chosen venue.
