We are very passionate about what we do and how we do it. This reflects in all the attention to detail that it takes to put together the perfect package for your celebration.
The experience of deliciously freshly cooked fish and chips brought to your venue and served by uniformed staff will enhance your celebration. The fish and chip van makes the occasion very memorable and a talking point for you and all your guests.
Our van is beautifully looked after and has a 5 out of 5 hygiene rating. It is fully stainless steel lined, shiny and clean and was designed and built to impress! Because of our size we offer a more intimate and personal service, allowing us to provide you with beautiful hand battered fish and crisp fluffy chips cooked on the spot fresh from our van! They are truly delicious!
In the last eight years we are very proud to have provided our unique service with our fish and chip van to hundreds of events. From Christenings and Weddings to Mansions and Marquees, Birthdays and Engagements, Corporate new car launches and even driven a fish and chip mad bride and groom from the church to the reception in the chip van! Let us look after all your requirements from start to finish with a tailor made package to suit your celebration. We will take care of all the catering requirements including traditional fish and chip trays, knives and forks with napkins, salt and vinegar and Heinz Tomato Ketchup. We offer several combinations of fish and chips, with peas or curry including gluten free and vegetarian options to suit your celebration. We offer you the very best quality and value for money. Set List/Services
We provide a Premium Service with a 5 Star Hygiene Rating. Service is provided by uniformed staff from our van to make your day that little more special and of course we are fully insured.
We serve Haddock, Chips and Mushy Peas or Curry Sauce. The haddock comes from sustainable waters, is MSC rated and is prepared fresh that morning. The chips are blanched and then cooked fresh from the van which gives them a much crispier coating and soft fluffy potato filling. The peas are bursting with flavour and have a lovely mushy texture. The curry sauce is nice and spicy with a bit of a kick!
As an alternative to Haddock we offer a 70% Irish premium pork jumbo sausage with a really meaty texture made from the best cuts of pork. Delicious!
For vegetarians we can provide burgers or sausages from the Linda McCartney range of products.
Gluten free batter is also available on request.
They are all served on trays lined with news paper print which gives them that traditional look. They are accompanied with a knife and fork, napkins, salt, vinegar and Heinz tomato ketchup, so everything is taken care of for you.
