The Potters Bar is our beautifully restored vintage horse box, which has been converted into a stylish and contemporary Mobile Bar. Restored to the highest standard in classic black with solid oak interior, our fully stocked high-end Bar is designed for all occasions and would make a great feature inside or outside your event.
We have fully trained staff along with all the requisite license's and insurance to facilitate both public and private events, plus our extendable back bar allows up to 3 staff members if required to serve customers at the same time.

We pride ourselves on being a high-end premium product and therefore we only sell premium beers wines, spirits and cocktails, but at very reasonable prices.
Our initial hire fee is £250 for events of this size and an additional minimum spend of £500 (£750 total), this includes 2 staff for the duration of your event, 5 tables and 20 chairs, all travel costs, public liability insurance (£10 million) plus any additional licenses that may be required.

What an amazing bar!! Perfect for our staff summer party. Phill and his team were very organised and professional from initial communication through to service. The bar is stunning, photos really don't do it justice. Drinks selection suited everyone in our very mixed group, had everything from beers to high end spirits. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be hiring again for our next big event.

Hired for the first time for our village fete. Good communication. Arrived in good time. Very helpful, friendly and professional team. The delightful horse box added to the atmosphere. I can’t recommend The Potters Bar enough! Phill has been amazing from start to finish, covering all areas and accommodating all of our various requests. He ensured we had all of the drinks we wanted and even provided us with extra furniture for our event. On the day Phill and his team arrived and set up before the event and ensured everything ran smoothly all night, he even bought an extra member of staff too! The bar itself is incredible and was a massive hit with our guests who had never seen anything like it before. We will definitely be using Phill again.
Before the event Phil was really patient with me as I had some fairly particular wine requests!
