Our inspiration came from a trip to Florence, where we fell in love with these sandwiches, and questioned why we couldn't get anything like them in the UK! Using our catering experience and seizing this gap in the market, we have worked hard to create a menu that offers something for everyone, taking inspiration from these little Italian sandwich shops, and the thriving London street food scene.

Paul and Charlotte were amazing! They were great with communication, on time and lovely. The food truck was exquisite and the food was exceptional, it was gourmet!
