Our iconic Citroen HY van, has been lovingly restored and converted into an ever so cool, vintage pop up bar – The Fabulous Fizz Bar.
We can provide a fully stocked bar for your event from fizz, a great selection of gin and tonics, wine, bottled beers and ciders, premium spirits and mixers and of course our speciality - expertly mixed cocktails. For younger guests and none drinkers we would provide a selection of mocktails and none alcoholic drinks.
And if you've got a particular style or theme planned for your event, we can even create a bespoke drinks menu just for you.

Planning our event with The Fabulous Fizz Bar was so easy! Steph was fantastic at helping us plan our wedding celebration - there was a huge range of drinks to choose from and every detail was thought through (drinks tokens, disposable cups, licensing etc.) All of our guests commented on the quality of the drinks and the amazing service and they loved the gorgeous Citroen van which made a great addition to our wedding photos. We can't wait for the next event (birthdays, anniversaries, maybe even just a Friday night?!) so that we can book The Fabulous Fizz Bar again.
Steph was an absolute dream. From first contact, she was always quick to respond, and even during lockdowns was happy to work with us and plan for the day. On the day itself, she arrived promptly with everything ready to go. Our guests loved the drinks, which were very well made and delicious. Extremely reasonable prices. Overall, highly recommend!

I can't recommend The Fabulous Fizz Bar enough! We asked Steph to provide cocktails for a hen do and were so impressed. The drinks were delicious (and strong!) and there were so many to choose from. Steph was so friendly and attentive and the van looked great too. We will definitely be using again in the future!

We are able to offer a full bar service which is perfect for weddings, corporate and private events to just being able to hire the Fabulous Fizz Bar as a fizz, gin or cocktail bar. We specialise of course in serving fabulous drinks, from creative cocktails , to the classic fizz drinks of champagne and Prosecco, an inspired range of gins and mixers, alongside a great selection of quality craft beers, wine, ciders, spirits and vintage soft drinks.
If you've got a particular style or theme planned for your event, we can create a bespoke drinks menu just for you. And where possible we will ensure that we offer your preferred type of drinks and brands at your event.
Once you've booked the Fabulous Fizz Bar for your event there are a number of options available for the payment of the drinks that we serve. PAY AS YOU GO BAR You and your guests simply pay for your drinks as you have them. MONEY BEHIND THE BAR You can choose to put a certain amount of money behind the bar to the value you want, once this amount has been spent the bar reverts back to being Pay As You Go. Alternatively you may want each of your guests to have one or two paid for drinks, which we can organise for you through a ticketing system. FULLY PAID FOR BAR This is where you opt to pay for all of the drinks that you and your guests have throughout the event. This option will require a deposit to be paid in advance, the level of which will depend upon the amount of guests and the drinks you choose to serve at your event. A refund would then be made to you afterwards, dependent on the value of drinks consumed at the event. WEDDING PACKAGES For weddings you may want to add a drinks package to one of the other bar options above. Get in touch with details of your wedding and the number of guests and we’ll send you our drinks menu which includes classic flutes, to fizz and seasonal cocktails.

We tailor our drinks menu to each event ensuring we serve the drinks that you love. We can even create a bespoke menu for you to fit the style and theme of your event.
Our bar hire packages includes fully trained bartenders, glassware, travel to and from your event, set up and the application for any licenses that are required.
