Perfect service given and all our guests enjoyed the experience. Thank you for all the efforts put into making the event successful. Couple of points to note: Some of the props used were broken and need replacing. Also the design of the short clips given could be improved and made more elegant rather than just the sentence regarding the birthday in plain black. If interested, I can share previously used example to show what I mean. Otherwise, really everything else was perfect and ut was a pleasure to have met the both of you.

Thank you so much for taking the time out to message us. I’m glad you all enjoyed the service and thank you for taking our the time to right a lovely review and a feedback ! Thank you for the feedback but to clarify a few points. The props you saw broken were damaged at the event which occasionally happens so no biggie ! We even gave some of the guests the props to use for photos and whilst dancing on the dance floor which led to some the damage/missing glasses Regarding the font we use black font as a default colour for texts on the 360 booth videos and added balloons on the side for your design as it was for a birthday to provide an personalised touch to the videos. Also to prevent clashing with any colour schemes and taking away from the videos of the guests themselves

We hired this chocolate fountain company for our year 6 prom party, and it was one of the highlights of the evening! From start to finish, the service was exceptional — professional, punctual, and incredibly friendly. The fountain itself looked stunning and ran perfectly! The chocolate was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. They also provided a great variety of dipping options, all fresh and beautifully presented.

The team was utterly wonderful. They were so helpful, professional and delivered the best service they could. The setup was super smooth, and prior to that, communication was 5 Star. They were professional and couldn't have done enough to help even with other parts of the event. Lovely team, great service and great desserts. Thanks so much and I will absolutely use them again
