The Box Lounge

We have been planning our Wedding for over 3 years having postponed it twice due to Covid restrictions.... When choosing a bar we wanted to have a bar that was inkeeping but that the bar team were a laugh! Our Wedding was a very chilled and relaxed event, with the beautiful venue, our gorgeous family and friends laughter and smiles being the backdrop of the day. Every single person that attended had a fantastic time, with remarking on the beautiful bar and superb service offered by Dean and Juliana! Dean and Juliana were fantastic from the moment they arrived and had to play music horse boxes to get the bar in place as we requested. They adapted and accommodated us from the 1st moment we discussed our Booking with them. My Dad Keith (Father of the bride) thoroughly enjoyed the common military thread with Dean and Juliana constant smile through the day and evening was made us beam when we saw the Bar in action. We wouldn't hesitate in booking The Box Lounge again... They were the perfect choice for perfect Wedding Reception. We aren't sure which is higher A* or 15/10!!! Although Dean and Juliana you deserve both!!!

Great service!

We hired the Box Lounge for our Office Summer Garden Party with about 70 attendees. Juliana was easy to communicate with, arrived in great time and provided excellent service. They were incredibly easy to work with, and were even unfazed when we had intermittent issues with the power supply. The drinks were a big hit on a sunny evening and the bar had the added bonus of being a lovely visual addition for the event, also. I would not hesitate to book with Juliana and the Box Lounge team again.

Absolutely amazing. The bar staff were fun, polite and very engaging which added extra value to our night. They easily managed with the demand of a large military dinner night, serving bespoke cocktails which were made especially for our evening. Many guests noticed the quality of drinks behind the bar, all the cocktails were made with top brands and fresh mixers. In addition to cocktails they served an excellent variety of drinks and were very accommodating. Once again on behalf of the Warrant Officers and Sergeants Mess thank you for an amazing evening. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
