Head Mixologist Tom Flanagan brought his vision to life in creating an all-encompassing cocktail experience delivering events from a pop up bar and Tattam’s was born.
Tattam’s has delivered events nationwide for a wide variety of clients including cocktail menu creation for iconic Japanese fusion restaurant Benihana, fitness and lifestyle brand LuLu Lemon’s store opening in Guildford and the annual staff party of online food delivery company, Deliveroo. The long-term vision for Tattam’s is to grow to be a leading events company, offer an accredited education programme, develop it’s own glassware collection, open a bar and manufacture its own spirits… watch this space!

Tattam’s is not just about the delivery of a unique mixology experience, we also provide master class sessions if you fancy getting involved yourself!! Learn how to create interesting cocktails that you’ve never had before alongside your friends and family for a truly unique get together.
We facilitate a variety of master class events including hen do’s, birthdays and dinner parties for between 5-12 people from just £30 per head for an hour and a half session*. We will provide everything you need for your master class session, so you can relax and enjoy your event to the max.
Tattam’s provide a full training programme for businesses looking to educate their bar staff on delivering a professional and entertaining bar experience for their customers, and work alongside your team to create a bespoke cocktail menu as a new addition to your services.
