Had a few problems with my address but the team was great and efficient with sorting everything out and everything was delivered on time. Everything looked great slight damage to the box it was delivered in but I imagine that's down to the delivery company. I would definitely recommend, great little treat or gift.

WOW! Sent an afternoon tea to my mum who I am unable to see due to lockdown, just wanted to cheer her up and it worked with bells on! She called me (after she had devoured a scone and cream first ha ha) to say that I must leave the best review ever. She said the packaging was so pretty and so much attention had gone into making it special and that everything was absolutely delicious. She thought the instructions for heating the scones through was a lovely touch. I have to say the communication I received from Jeff from ordering all the way through to dispatch was second to none. Excellent service from Taste Creative. The afternoon tea for 4 was beautifully presented from the finger sandwiches to the wonderful deserts. Would use again and comes highly recommended.

The parcel was delivered a day earlier than requested. It was therefore left out on a very hot day, for too long.
The company constantly sent emails to me about adding to the experience, when it was only a parcel to be delivered.
I asked them to stop in the end, because it became ridiculous.
I am not very happy about the way this gift was dealt with.

Bought this as a gift for my friends birthday. She said it was lovely. My only complaint was when I booked I asked for it to be delivered for 10.30am. It didn't arrive til 2pm. By then my friend had already had her lunch and didn't want to eat anything. It was a surprise. Other than that very well done

Thank you for delivering two cream teas with four days notice at a very reasonable price. I think it was good value. It’s hard to know without seeing a picture of it. When I bake scones I’ve serve them fresh from the oven so it is hard to imagine they would be frozen and warmed up. The feedback was that the scones were small and a bit hard/dry.. The brownie and fudge was very nice. Clipper teabags I believe are plastic free which is great!Thanks from Lucy Skinner

Geoff’s food was fantastic. The whole family loved the scones and the raspberry fudge was to die for. Unfortunately due to issues with Royal Mail we didn’t get the delivery until 25th, but once collected the food was excellent.

AWFUL…..
This was a treat for my Aunties 81st Birthday.
I have to say I was disgusted seeing the pictures I received, the scones were absolutely tiny, they were rock hard and stale. To the point she couldn’t even eat them. I get afternoon tea are small portions but this was enough for 1 person and still be hungry, let alone a tea for 2.
I hope to be hearing from you soon to rectify this.
