Party Bus London

The party bus was brilliant, we had a brilliant time for my sister’s hen - such a fun experience! However, the bus was 20 mins late due to traffic. The host did message us so we knew he was coming late but I assumed the time would be added to the end of the slot. We got to our final destination 5 mins before the end time meaning we were 25 minutes less than the two hours paid for. The host eventually allowed us another 15 minutes but his comments were unprofessional and sleazy, and left me feeling uneasy. Also for the extended 15 minutes we were parked which took away from the experience. Overall the bride has a great time which was the main thing but as the organiser I felt let down.

The party bus was great fun, our hen do group enjoyed it so much! The host was very attentive and the bubbles package was good value for money. I made a (very costly) mistake with the booking timing and was very grateful for the flexibility of the host, though it could have been avoided with a reminder/confirmation email/text/call as the PopTop Platform does not show the details very clearly. Overall, I would definitely book again.

We had the best time on the double-decker karaoke bus! The organiser was fantastic—great communication and such a fun, positive energy. He really brought the party to life and made us feel so special. We sang our hearts out, stopped at iconic London landmarks for photos, and made unforgettable memories. The bride said it was the highlight of the day! We’ll definitely be booking again for any future events—highly recommend!

10/10 night, had a great time. Filipa was very lovely and provided my friends and I a stop by a nearby Sainsbury's to grab a drink halfway through the journey. Very flexible, accommodating and seamless experience. Would highly recommend!
