Yasmin and her son were absolutely amazing. Super kind and very chill, even though i was running and stressing all over the place. I hired this for a small company treat in our office building and everything went smoothly. We asked for extra toppings and it was provided! There was PLENTY of ice cream ahha too much to eat. I annoyingly only got one picture as it was such a great day and experience but it doesn't do it justice.

Overall a good experience, initially communication was good when booking/asking questions. Leading up to the event the company confirmed our booking just under a week before. Just before the event the supplier was late and not contactable for 45 minutes after they were due to arrive. They were stuck in traffic but didn't contact us to tell us they were going to be late. The service was very good, the lady was very friendly and smiley, the gentleman did what he needed to, not quite as smiley. The quality of the waffles was great and we had choices of multiple different sauces, biscoff biscuit, oreo & sprinkles. Unfortunately no fresh fruit. The waffles were enjoyed by everyone and most people went up for seconds and thirds!

Hello Emma,
Thank you for your honest review. I would like to clarify that, we were late within our 1 hour setting up time. We served for the full 2 hours booked from 18:30 - 20:30.
Our set-up time is recommend as we like to plan and be prepared for each and every customer. However in reality, this process only takes 15 minutes therefore we were set-up and ready on-time.
Needless to say I am glad that everyone enjoyed our tasty waffles.

Great service at the event, plenty of ice cream. We did have to chase them to turn up and the whippy ice cream was not available but they had not contacted us or let us know until we called them 30 mins before the event.

Hi Susan,
Thank you for your kind review. We were set up early and ready to serve 15 minutes before the event. We did attempt contact 7 days before the event to let you know that we would be swapping the mr whippy for our x4 flavoured cabinet, but had no luck reaching you. I wouldn't agree you had to chase us to turn up as when you called we were less than 10 minutes away and as mentioned above we was set up before the event start time.
We want to thank you for you hospitality as everyone enjoyed our service, we received multiple positive comments and you all were very accommodating.
