We had a fantastic Pancake Day celebration at our company with Sweet X Events. The setup was smooth, the team was friendly, and the pancakes were absolutely delicious — everyone enjoyed them! The atmosphere felt fun and well organised, making it a great break in the workday.
The only small issue was that the dairy-free option, although ordered, wasn’t available on the day. It would have been helpful for colleagues with dietary needs.
Overall, a great experience and we’d be happy to work with Sweet X Events again!

Hannah attended our charity event in Linlithgow on Saturday and they were amazing! They provided such a friendly service for everyone and we would be delighted to work with them again at future events! 100% would recommend them - waffles were delicious!

We hired Sweet X Events for our wedding in Manchester last week. All the guests said the Dutch pancakes were delicious! I didn't try any myself as I was so full from my dinner but we only had positive feedback.
The options for vegans are great which we needed.
I'd definitely recommend hiring them for any event as they look professional and only need a small amount of space (with a plug) to set up, so works for small venues/events too!
