Absolutely fantastic service putting the tent up and taking it down. It looked fantastic and all the furniture and bedding was lovely. Clean, comfy and so pretty. Really made my daughters birthday sleepover an even better experience than I imagined. Thank you Sweet Tees!

We ordered a hot tub and decorated gazebo for my sons 10th birthday! Still got it! Can’t get out of it! Delivery friendly and they explained everything really well and were so nice. The decorations in the gazebo were beautifully tropical and looked really lovely especially at night with the fairy lights and led lights in the tub. We’re very happy with everything so far! Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were soo good at explaining everything on arrival and I was really impressed with the hygiene standards. We loved the hot tub experience and would definitely recommend the company and use them again. They were also really fast at responding to emails and calls regarding drop off and pick up times x

Excellent hot tub and excellent setup/takedown service

So lovely!! Couldn’t fault them, and was easy to add an extra few days on when asked. Fast replies when you need to get in touch with them and the lazy spa came in perfect condition, brand new!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

The Sweet Tee team set up super quick and a queue of enthusiastic children soon had delicious candy floss (and some party parents!). Stephanie and Winston were very obliging and we couldn’t have had a better addition to the girls 7th birthday party.

wow , i ordered a Bell tent for my 2 grown up kids to share for a family wedding, they weren't overly keen to share a tent, but oh what a treat we arrived to find the tent erected with beds and bedding and towels, and decorated beautifully with bunting, lighting and and a bottle with glasses to share, it was a real treat, thank you

I really wanted to thank you for the excellent service you provided, I arranged a Bell tent to be erected on Fri 12th July 2019 Sunday 14th July for a family wedding at Furtho Manor Farm in Milton Keynes, it was beautiful, with beds, bedding, towels and decorated with bunting and lights, and furnished inside with a lovely bottle of bubbly and glasses, it far surpassed what I expected, and turned a memorial weekend into something truly special.

I had some initial doubts when I didnt hear from Sweet Tee's.
Transpires there is a problem using Poptop's Booking Form.
Anyway, I still didnt hear much from Sweet Tee's. Even on the day of my event I had to ring them to find out when they were coming.

When they did arrive however the service was wonderful. My delivery guy explained everything I needed to do to maintain the hot tub over the weekend very clearly.

The party went really well.
The only thing that didnt work were the LED lights which were supposed to light up the water at night.
Otherwise I was happy.

I would use them again by the way!

Great people who installed and took away the hot tub - did a great job explaining functions etc. Gazebo stayed up in the high winds! More expensive than some competitors but was only company who had availability

We really enjoyed having the hot tub and this is something we will do again. Stephanie who delivered it was lovely. She gave a really through instructions and was polite professional and really nice 😊
We did find the tub took a long time to heat up fully and then when we were in we found the temperature would drop quite quickly so we would have to get out and put the cover on for a couple of hours for it to heat up again, this was disappointing as I would have expected it to stay at the same heat. But over all it was a good experience.

Initially supplied a faulty tub but was replaced once we highlighted the issue.

Hot tub was a great treat for our daughters birthday. Perfect for a family of 4 would be ambitious to get 6 adults in!
Sweet Tee's need to remember social distancing rules please when setting up . . . .

Am amazing tent! Stephanie and her team did a fantastic job in decorating the tent both inside an out. It rained the whole night long but as Stephanie promised, it wouldn't dampen the mood of the party and she was right! Felt very cosy inside and the sound of the rain just added to the ambience..
Communication improved after the initial hiccup of not receiving any emails. The girls had the best time Thankyou!

Communication could have been better, but the tent and VFM was brilliant!
