I could not be more impressed with Silent Discos , from the moment you send a question they’re responding time is brilliant, then when ordered they will keep you updated every stage of the process, needless to say my sons 18th birthday was a huge success, unfortunately I didn’t take any photos as I was too busy dancing and choosing new songs!! 😂😂 then they will give you a great description on how to pack everything back up, it was honestly so seemless and sooooo much fun , I would highly recommend them and also thank them , brilliant 11 out of 10

From start to finish, the whole process with Poptop and Super Silent Discos was seamless, from the quote, to ordering (although I did forget to let the others who quoted know that we didn't need them - please make sure you do, so that they can reallocate resources) to delivery and Vicky was incredibly responsive and helpful to the couple of questions I did have. Upon opening the crate of goodies we were a little worried we wouldn't be able to get it all set up, but the instructions are super clear and we managed to check off everything (again - make sure you do this as soon as the kit arrives so that in the unlikely event of something being missing / not working there's time to get it replaced). All of our kit worked first time out of the box and the event was a MASSIVE hit with the girls. We'd expected the silent disco element to last between 30-45 minutes out of the three hours they were here, in the end about 2 hours was on the silent disco, we barely needed to lift a finger as they were having such a blast. Also the range on these things was incredible - we could even get a signal two floors up in the house which was not expected - would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using again - now to re-pack all the stuff and get it sent back!

From the point of placing g my booking to the arrival of the headsets, customer service has been brilliant. I've had to contact due to messing up my dates and nothing has been too much trouble. Really really recommend. Everyone enjoyed using the kit.
