Pop top have thought I'd everything right down to the little details. Collection was no problem. I packed everything away but forgot something out of it....didn't need to worry they covered that eventuality too!

Such a great experience from start to finish. Everything was packed well, with a handy instruction book. I made sure to test the set up & equipment a few days before to ensure a seamless event, which it was! Everyone was super impressed, and danced & sung (badly) the night away!

We rented screen which comes as the silent disco as well. We didn’t use the headphones etc as we just used the screen and projector. Quick service and all worked well. If I had any recommendations it would be some photos to go with the instructions or a little video as this could make it easier and the collection really needs to be given a two hour window and not from 8am-6pm. We enjoyed it all and worked well and service was quick response times. Thank you

What an amazing customer service from Super Silent Discos! Equipement is very good quality and the team is super responsive to questions. Having it delivered few days before the party really helps. Instructions to set up the system is simple and clear. They had forgotten one MP3 Player in the delivery, were very apologetic about it and just dropped it home the day after to make sure it would be there for the party. I highly recommend the company!

We had a great time projecting onto the outdoor screen from Super Silent Discos - everyone thought it was a fantastic idea as part of a 40th birthday celebration! Delivery was straightforward and came with all instructions needed. Wish we could have kept the equipment to use it all summer long!

Headphones arrived on time, all charged.

My DJ and I was quite impressed with the quality of sound from the headphones. They came with clear instructions on how to operate and how to return items. Really is a well thought out concept with good execution.

Everything worked out as promised and so we had a very memorable and successful event for everyone.
There was a minor confusion about sending the equipment back via a post office. Being able to clarify this via WhatsApp was very efficient and unvaluable.

We ordered the silent disco with 20 headsets and also a disco light. The communication from Super Silent Discos was amazing and extremely helpful, even changing the delivery address at late notice. The equipment came packed in a crate with clear, step-by-step instructions to set up. Everyone, young and old, had a ball with many asking where we hired from. And best of all, it was such a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend them and will probably be using them again at some point in the future!!

Well priced, everything included without loads of added on extras, easy to use and return.

All worked well and as described. Easy to use and good fun. Highly recommend! Only 2 minor complaints: 1) mp3 Player had a dead battery so despite charging couldn't use (but we were able to use our own). 2) turnaround time to return the box was rather strict (less than one working day - the event was on a Saturday and I had to have the box back in a post office by 2pm Monday). I was able to do this but felt it was a bit tight timewise.

Silent Disco arranged for sons 21st, whole experience was brilliant! Very professional company & excellent communicators. Kept informed by emails & all the information needed & answers questions quickly.

Didn’t take long to set up. Didn’t use MP3 provided as had Spotify playlists on devices, but was handy to have as back up. Everyone had a great time dancing until the early hours, with 3 channels of music to choose from.

Only thing to be aware of is, I agreed a specific delivery date to be home to receive & sign for delivery, but it arrived the day before?, was only by chance someone was home. Other then that was all very good. Silent disco is superb Ty Poptop UK would use again.

We had an amazing time using the supersilent disco! Process was very easy, and the communication was excellent with them.
The instructions were very easy to follow and the equipment was in perfect condition. We also got the lights and small smoke machine which the girls thought was great and really added to the experience. The length of time we had the equipment for was fab!

What a fantastic way to celebrate a special birthday! The silent disco was a huge success - we had people up and dancing that have never danced at parties before. The bubble machine was also amazing - the bubbles came thick and fast and the children loved them. They lasted most of the evening.

I found Super Silent Discos to be an excellent choice for our Jubilee Event. Communication was effective and quick, the kit was all in very good order and a change to the delivery address was efficiently actioned and acknowledged. Paperwork to satisfy our insurers was provided without any prompting. I felt the price represented very good value for money and the children loved the bubble machine. The disco went down really well and we appreciated that it was something we could offer to all age groups. So all round - a very good experience.

Great night for my husband's 50th - 3 families (6 kids all 10-12), gorgeous campsite, summery temps, fancy dress, games, delicious food and silent disco - what could be better!!!! Was a whole heap of fun. Silent disco went down a storm, would def do again. Didn't need to recharge tranformers or headsets before the event, we received them all topped up on the Tuesday, our event was the Sat night. We also listened and danced Sunday whilst putting away the tents! Super Silent Disco were very helpful, and it was good value in relative terms. I would def order from them again. Absolutely amazing night! We hired the silent Disco to take away on a family break and used it twice in the 4 days, from 13 year old to 76 year old we were all up dancing having so much choice of music over the 3 channel, we even all ended up dancing in the garden afterwards and the signals never dropped once, it was fantastic and everyone had the best time. The whole experience from ordering, using, returning, was a dream. Fantastic communication throughout, really easy to set up and the dropped at the post office once done, it really is one of the best nights we've all had and everyone is talking about the next hire, looking like Christmas so we can do it all again. This was such a fun idea.... we weren’t sure how it would be with only 6 of us (covid rules) but we had the BEST time. The delivery and pickup was made so easy for us.
We were emailed instructions and everything was very clear with no hidden costs.

After the year we have all had due to COVID-19, I didn’t think I would be able to celebrate my 50th in style, until I decided on this. I had 8 of us due to social distancing for a garden party, which went down so well with my friends, we all cannot remember the last time we laughed so much and had so much fun, I can honestly say having the silent disco made this the best birthday I have ever had, which was great especially as it was my 50th.

I am beyond impressed with the service we received from Super Silent Discos. They were so communicative and accommodating when I needed to change my package slightly at short notice and again when I asked to change my return date. The equipment itself was brilliant too, so easy to set up and the instructions were simple to follow. The kids all had a great time using them (and so did the adults) and we were praised for being able to something so fun during these strange times. Silent outdoor discos are the perfect COVID friendly party solution! Super Silent Discos are Great value compared to a lot of other companies too. Thoroughly recommend!

The systems were fantastic and worked both fantastically well inside and on the garden. Everyone had a fab time. I booked super silent discos so that me and my neighbours could have an outdoors, socially distant get together. Everyone was very excited about the disco....but it was infinitely better than any of us could have imagined! I'm still buzzing 2 days later! The equipment arrived in plenty of time, well packaged and every thing we needed was there.
We had easy and clear instructions, and set up was a doddle.
The range on.the transmitters was amazing! (We partied in a field, and we could get sound in all areas of the field)
There were plenty of songs provided on an MP3 player, but we easily used a laptop and tablet to add different genres of music...people had no trouble working out how to switch channels and once it went dark it was easy to see who was listening to what as the headphones are super cool and light up to correspond with the channel.
We also hired the bubble machine-which came with bubble mix which I was not expecting! Fabulous...everyone loved this...kids during the day, and as it got later they looked amazing in the disco lights and lasers.
Great communication from Ryan @super silent discos, I really have no negatives.
It's easy to return the kit...just pack away and wait for the courier to collect...

From the start communication with the guys at super silent disco was fantastic. So quick to reply and so helpful. The equipment arrive via parcel force and was of top quality. We also rented the dog machine and two disco lights which went down a storm with our guests.

We had an absolute blunder of a garden party on. Lovely sunny evening here in July. Headphones arrived a couple of days beforehand, we chose playlists from Spotify (and used one of our own) and set up was easy. My daughter's silent disco 13th birthday party was a great success. The combination of flashing headsets teamed with glow sticks and neon make up looked amazing under the disco lights. Super Silent Disco are brilliant. 10 Days before our event, I had the idea of incorporating a Silent Disco. Super Silent Disco where the cheapest by miles.

The service that I received from Ryan & Vicky was first class, they answered all my emails and responded in a timely manner.

This was my first experience of a Silent Disco, but it was super easy to setup and the Cub Scouts had an incredible time. We'll definitely being doing a silent disco again next year, but I'll be ordering more headphones.

Super silent discos were fabulous. This equipment was really easy to use and it made the perfect end to the evening at our campsite hen party! (So hard not to sing along and wake all the other campers up!!)

Thank you for providing us with a last minute silent disco system for our event last week. The headsets were brilliant and your swift service exceptional. Our clients loved it - We will certainly be working together again.

Dropped off extra mp3 to home - excellent service as didn’t know I needed one per channel.
10 headsets ran out of charge after 2 hours which was disappointing as had to start sharing.
1 channel disappeared after this so we were left with 2.

Silent disco equipment was delivered and collected with minimal effort and was easy to set up. Unfortunately not all headphones worked 100% some would only play 1 channel of music and some headphones had been well worn resulting in the buttons being difficult to press especially for the children.

Communication prior was really good. We pre-tested the device multiple times before the event, but on the day they would not work properly, had to reset and ended up having access to 2 channels we couldn’t choose and with an hour only access to 1. Not sure what happened, but for me ruined the wedding not being able to listen to more than jump up pop music across 2 channels

Really great experience in terms of product, arrived in plenty of time and all easy instructions and set up.
Only thing was collection you don’t get a specific time only the whole day which was hard but all else was excellent.

The only disappointment was that my original quote specifically said that it would be for 20 headsets with 3 channels and would also include an MP3 loaded with cheesy music. I only realised upon arrival that infanct we were only getting 2 channels as only 2 transmitters (I didn't know you needed 1 per channel until I read set up directions) and no MP3 was included. The event was still great as it was still a novelty for the guests, however I had messaged a couple of company's and went with you for the 3 channels. I would like to be partially refunded for the mis same of the 3 channels and the inclusion of the MP3- with regret. Other than that arrived promptly was easy to set up and use, quality equipment. Just should have been clearer I was only getting 2 channels and no MP3... it meant we had to unexpectedly use someone's phone so the playlist was disrupted and no prepared."

The delivery, communication and prior communication with the team was generally great. We had a small issue that we had requested a change of address which we were told was fine. This then never happened and the delivery was sent to the original address where nobody was available to collect it. I understand we may have been too late to change address but I would have appreciated that being communicated to me. As far as I was aware they delivery had been changed.

Sadly on the evening the silent disco encountered quite a few issues. The signal from the transmitters was very poor. We went back to the instructions to ensure we were doing everything correctly and we were. The general experience of the headphones was very poor. Mixed signals where we were hearing two songs at once with lots of fuzz. The disco was for children so they were thankfully quite forgiving but I certainly felt disappointed that we had invested a significant amount of money to get a really poor experience. Not the silent disco we had hoped for.

Definetly won’t be a returning customer.

When I ordered the Silent disco headsets, that all went smoothly until the return. I am adult of 52 years old and we had a private house where we used the headsets for one evening only. I have been brought up to look after things and when I heard from Super Silent Discos that they would not be refunding my deposit because an item was broken, I was shocked. My Husband is an IT professional and he was the only one who set it up and touched any of the equipment apart from the headsets of which we only used 12. Super Silent Discos stated the MP3 charger port had broken. We had never even used the charger and it stayed put in the box it came in. Although we had them almost a week they were only used for one evening so no charging was necessary. I emailed Super Silent Discos twice to challenge this and they have not had the decency to acknowledge my email or refund the remaining balance not excluding the deposit. I am now in the process of trying to reclaim this money back from my Credit Card company. I think they are out to get money from customers and are just keeping deposits unfairly, it is there word against mine and a photo doesn't prove anything. It was highly likely that it was another customer's fault and they were pushing the blame. Regards, Karen.

"The actual silent disco equipment, the instructions and the MP3 player with playlist were all brilliant. I'd certainly give 5*. We had the best evening and I can't recommend enough.

However the reason for the 2* is firstly the headsets were unfortunately delivered a day late - Ryan said he posted on time but the delivery company were at fault. Luckily they came early the next morning before we set off to the party location- but we had made special arrangements to be in for delivery the day before so that was a bit of a pain and stressful.

Secondly we were missing two headsets. For the group of 23 of us we should have been delivered 24, with one spare but instead only 22 arrived. Due to the late delivery we only had time to properly go through and count then the evening of the disco. One member of the group unfortunately had to go hospital which meant that we were down to 22 members. If all 23 of us had been there and not only one, but two sets were missing it would have meant one person missed out completely which would have RUINED the whole party. Due to the late delivery and us only being able to check later on it would also have been far to late to rectify. In the case of a normal delivery I'm guessing there would be time to send out extra sets in the case of missing items- but that would obviously be quite stressful and no guarantee of arrival."

Everything was brilliant except the delivery to where I wanted it and the picking up was very poor witch is a shame think may need to look at an other parcel deliveries to deliver your stuff as that was only thing that let it all down.
Would like to say thank you to silent disco they have responded very well and answered calls straight away. Thank you for making my daughters party complete. 🥳

Didn’t work, ruined our wedding

Unfortunately, since sending the headphones back I have not received my security deposit or had any reply from the company.
This is a same as everything else ran smoothly, but I’m still waiting for £60 security deposit. It says it should return to me in 14 days but it is now over a month.

Terrible service. Would never use or recommend again. 1st I took a day or work because they sent email and text and tracking information saying it was being delivered a week early, turned out that they had put my details into someone's else tracking information, but what ever I understand these things happen. Recieved headsets and yes kids had a great time. Then when being collected again took another day of work waited in all day and they wasn't collected. They then send me a email saying once of the head sets was broken and I was being charged. They sent me a picture of broken head set, I've asked twice if they could be explain where exactly it was broken as it not noticeable. They still haven't explained what's broken and just keep telling me to look at the picture. Now when these head sets come to me they were covered in dirt and make up and we had to clean the headsets we was using as they was this bad, but again these things happen. I'm self employed so that was 2 wasted days I had 4 all together and they think it's acceptable to ignore my emails and charge me for a headset when they can't confirm what exactly is broken. Hard to support small businesses when they treat customers like this.
