Product was good- but for those that chose to print as well - printer was not working all the time

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your thoughts on our service. However, we feel it’s a bit unfair to mention a printer issue without informing us about it, we was onsite and would have resolved any issue immediately as we strive to provide a seamless experience.
It’s a shame as in addition to yourself the manager and bar staff had my number and could have called me at any time; I would have come downstairs immediately to resolve the issue.

We had an amazing experience with Star Moments! He arrived early, set everything up smoothly, and made sure everyone had a blast using the 360 Photobooth. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how fun it was! Highly recommend for any event!
