Simple Greek

Starters - Greek salad: tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onions, olives and feta cheese with olive oil and oregano. - Baked halloumi - Tzatziki: yogurt with grated cucumber, garlic and olive oil - Baked pita bread Main - Selection of pork, chicken and Greek kebabs (pork and beef mince stuffed with feta cheese). Vegetarian option : cherry tomatoes, courgettes, peppers, onions and haloumi skewers. Dessert - Baklava ❖ Arrive at venue 3/4 hours prior to serving time (one hour to upload/set up, and a couple hours to cook meat from scratch. Salads are prepared in the venue and desserts are already baked. ❖ Space needed of 4m × 4m for our gazebo and level ground to cook on. We must have permission to use charcoal in your outdoor space. ❖ Salads and starters are served together with the main course. ❖ Desserts are displayed buffet style right after food is served. ❖ Duration of serving is one to two hours. ❖ After the service, we will need approximately 1 hour to clear up everything.
