Amy Owen – Lead Vocals Amy is a London based singer, having studied at a performing arts college in Leeds she moved straight to London when she graduated. Her training in Musical Theatre and her experience in performing for many years give her a natural stage presence and a fun, energetic performance. In Soulful Sounds she makes use of a VE-20 Boss Pedal which adds harmonies and loops of her vocals to create a full sound. Her past gigs include the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as well as performing at beautiful venues like The Savoy and Kensington Roof Gardens. Amy finished a contract on board P&O Australia's Pacific Aria earlier this year and is now very excited to be back performing in the UK!
Adam Bridges - Keys Adam is a London based keys player with over 20 years playing experience. Since graduating from the London Centre of Contemporary Music in 2013, his gig list has seen the likes of Pinkpop Festival (where he shared the same bill as acts such as The Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran and Paulo Nutini), a residency at The Savoy Hotel, Glastonbury, The Royal Albert Hall etc. His 'day job' is playing/writing music for adverts – his past clients include Sky, Loreal, Argos and (most prestigiously of them all) Lidl. With his comprehensive keys set up you can be sure that your event will see a wide variety of musical genres for your guests to enjoy.
Soulful Sounds perform a sleek mix of pop, soul and R&B from the 50s right up to the present day. Amy Owen takes lead vocal along with her loop and harmony pedal to create some beautiful layers. Amy is accompanied by the incredible pianist Adam Bridges.
The option of jazz sets and original pop music makes it possible to tailor Soulful Sounds’ style to your event.

Yes! Soulful Sounds are willing to travel outside of London for performances.
Do you use backing tracks?
No we do not use backing tracks. Soulful Sounds perform completely live, using a loop pedal, percussion, a stomp box and an electronic keyboard. This allows us to add layers such vocal harmonies, strings and a kick drum sound.
