Simply Just Good Food Event Catering

I booked Karl to cook for my parents at their place as one of my mum’s 70th birthday gifts. It’s not something they’d normally do and they were a little apprehensive. After the meal they sent me so many messages saying how amazing the food was, how professional Karl was and how sparkling clean the kitchen was afterwards. My dad said that he “hadn’t had roast beef as good as that ever before”. Mum said that “the apple tart was to die for”. They both said it was “superb” and couldn’t rate Karl and Sharon (waitress) highly enough, and would highly recommend them to other people. Thank you so much for making my mum’s 70th extra special.

The experience of having a chef in our home was truly wonderful, allowing us to enjoy our special occasion and family time together. Karl was punctual, polite, friendly and left the kitchen looking immaculate after he'd finished cooking for us as a party of 10 people. Oh, and didi I mention how tasty the food was?? Ok, he was probably on a dead cert because we'd discussed together what the menu should be, and agreed a 3 course lunch to satisfy 3 generations... Yes, it was really lovely. Thoroughly recommend the whole service. Enjoy!

I ordered afternoon tea for my Nan and Mum - they said it was delicious 😋

Very efficient and friendly service. Food was of an excellent quality and served beautifully with garnish. Only recommendation would be for the scones to be separate from jam, butter and cream to give choice. Unfortunately, I don't like butter on my scones so didn't have any but otherwise I really enjoyed the rest. Many Thanks
