Please use another reliable company with better customer service.
I hired 19 headphones and 3 transmitters for my son’s 16th birthday party. The items arrived 2 days before the event, but during setting them up on the party day we discovered 2 wouldn’t turn on. I charged them but still nothing! And 1 won’t change between transmitters. I tried to contact in the company as soon as I realised, by calling them four times and sending text messages, but even 24 hours later, I still haven’t heard back from them. Unfortunately, not all of my son’s guests were able to use the silent disco and I feel that this is a big letdown.
It’s certainly worth doing a bit of research and maybe paying just a little bit extra to have a full working system.

Fantastic service. Great communication. Silent disco dropped off on the Wednesday ready for a Friday and then picked up on the Monday. So well organised. All headphones worked, great instructions on how to set up. Will use again.
