Brilliant supplier, made everything so easy! The headsets all worked perfectly, the kit was so well packed and had everything you could need supplied! Such an easy experience and would 100% recommend and hire again, Thank you so much!

Please use another reliable company with better customer service. I hired 19 headphones and 3 transmitters for my son’s 16th birthday party. The items arrived 2 days before the event, but during setting them up on the party day we discovered 2 wouldn’t turn on. I charged them but still nothing! And 1 won’t change between transmitters. I tried to contact in the company as soon as I realised, by calling them four times and sending text messages, but even 24 hours later, I still haven’t heard back from them. Unfortunately, not all of my son’s guests were able to use the silent disco and I feel that this is a big letdown. It’s certainly worth doing a bit of research and maybe paying just a little bit extra to have a full working system.

Fantastic service. Great communication. Silent disco dropped off on the Wednesday ready for a Friday and then picked up on the Monday. So well organised. All headphones worked, great instructions on how to set up. Will use again.
