Our Mobile Bar Hire is very popular. Our main bar is fully adaptable depending on size required, making it the perfect option for all occasions. It can be hired 'dry' or fully stocked and staffed. We do have a wide selection of drink packages however these can adapted to suit your personal preferences.
Our Mobile Catering services are perfect for both indoor and outdoor functions for both private and corporate customers. We have a converted horse trailer which is ideal for serving light bites, drinks and desserts - if you have something else in mind do let us know and we will try and accommodate. For more formal occasions we partner up with Moniques Country Kitchen to offer sit down meals (which include serving staff), Afternoon Teas and buffets.

Just in need of some extra staff for your event, we can provide fully trained and experienced staff from cleaning, planning, serving and managing. Let us know your requirements and we will find the perfect option for you.
Frankie and her team at Shire Promotions went over and above at our wedding reception. Nothing was too much trouble, including moving haybales! Always keeping a smile and their faces and running back and forth to refill the bar. Frankie identified and resolved issues so quickly and efficiently, for example setting up a make shift bar inside when it got colder. Excellent communication! Highly recommend them and they made our special day, even more special.
The afternoon tea that Frankie and her team put on for our hen party was incredible. So much care thought and attention to detail and it was absolutely delicious! They cleaned up beautifully after themselves and it was such a good experience from booking onwards! The whole group loved it and we’re so grateful thank you. Great value for money and service!
Booked this for mine and husband wedding, ordering on line was really easy then frankie contacted me she was so helpful making sure we had all we needed and confirming everything, on the day the staff was so friendly and helpful and the food tasted amazing. We have teamed up with a lovely venue based in Burford however we can attend any venue required.
We can cook in the same location based on facilities available or we can use our mobile bar and catering services.
We are more than happy to discuss any alternatives with you, our menu is fully flexible.
We can offer light bites, desserts and burger and chips (to name a few from our Mobile Catering Trailer), for a more formal occasion we can offer sit down three course meals, hot and cold buffets, afternoon tea. We can cater for a range of tastes and requirements.

Although we cannot offer a wedding cake we know some amazing Wedding Cake businesses which we would be more than happy to pass on the details of.
