Was fortunate enough to try the food during its soft open in the quarry, such tasty food! Amazingly fresh and the chefs were great guys!

Honestly the best tacos I have ever had. Booked the truck for my birthday and James and his team absolutely smashed it. If you get the chance to buy some of these tacos - go for it - I am sure you will not regret it! My personal favourite was the katsu chicken taco but I didn’t try one that wasn’t delicious!
