All our units equipped with wood fired oven so you can be sure to bring to your party the flavour of the most delicious and authentic italian pizza,
Our experienced Italian head chef can caterer for up to 200 guest with a speed rate of 50 pizzas x hour! and yes we can arrange for the Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free guests, or any dietary requirement, and not just pizza!! Our side dishes are some of the most classic of the Italian cuisine, colorful bruschetta, fresh Caprese salads and mouth watering platter of the best Italian deli cold cut meat,
And let's not forget the dessert! Alberto's catering can offer some delicious homemade desserts like chocolate cake, the classic Tiramisu' and a taste of Italian pasticceria with a selection of cannoli and bigne' .
Furthermore Alberto's Catering can bring even more flavour and fun to your party with our mobile bars. We can provide a wide range of alcohol: draught beer, spirits, cocktails, Italian wine, prosecco and soft drinks.

Alberto and Alex were booked with their pizza van for our family celebration. We had around 100 guests in the evening so I thought 80- 100 pizzas should be enough!! One friend told me the pizzas were so good she had 3! hence the poor boys ended up making 128! I can't praise them enough. Really lovely fellas, friendly, accommodating and great pizzas, I'm even thinking about having another party just so we can have more of the pizzas. Thank you Alberto and Alex you really helped make the party a great success.
We had Alberto serve pizza at a 30th birthday. Couldn't fault it, the van fitted in with our festival them and the pizza was fantastic. The guests chose the toppings they fancied and the pizza was cooked to order on the wood fire. The pizzas were delicious and all the guests went up for seconds. We hope to have another party soon so that we can get Sapore D'Italia back again. Thanks Alberto

What services do you offer?
Alberto's Catering can offers to prepare and serve its food from 2 different food van, for garden parties or where a food van may not be able to fit we have a fully covered marquee, all of them are equipped with wood fire oven. The first van serves only pizza, it's classic and functional, ideal for any kind of party, function or event, the other is a restructured vintage horsebox, we call it Treatbox, because it's really a treat for the eyes, ideal for that extra touch of class to your wedding, anniversary, birthday or to make any party even more special, aside from serving food the Treatbox has a fully equipped bar with draught beer unit, we can serve prosecco, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks, our sides dishes (bruschetta, garlic bread, caprese salads, platter of deli Italian meat, cakes) can be served from either van or marquee, furthermore Alberto's catering can offer an indoor mobile bar still equipped with a draught beer unit
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
The pizza, bruschetta and garlic bread for sure, the salads are made just minutes before the party starts, the platter of cold cut deli Italian meat are prepared on site at our Pizzeria the same day, then stored to be taken to the party, the cakes are made the day before the party.

Set List/Services
We can design your party around your venue, preference and budget, indoor or outdoor we can accomodate the setting with a choice of 2 different food van, a marquee and an indoor mobile bar.
Our first van is classic and very functional, we can serve pizza, side dishes, dessert and soft drinks it'll be your choice if you want a pizza only party or if you like to add some side dishes and dessert.
Our other van is a beautiful remodelled horsebox, and it can offer the full package of food and drinks, it has a fully designed mobile bar fitted with a draught beer unit, wood fire oven pizza, sides dishes and dessert are also available.
For a party in the garden or for any venue where our food vans cannot be accommodated Alberto's Catering can provide a fully covered gazebo serving wood fire oven, side dishes and cakes and/or alcohol, for indoor only function, event or parties we can offer a full function mobile bar with a draught beer unit
