Mark was absolutely fantastic and a complete pro, he was able to facilitate requests and was able to play songs once our playlist had finished that kept the party going. I would absolutely recommend Mark as communication was spot on as well, even when we had issues with sharing the playlist!
Mark was absolutely amazing. He responded to all messages quickly and was super friendly and helpful. On the night he worked really hard to put together a great set list as well as bringing plenty of enthusiasm to get the crowd energised. Honestly can’t recommend him highly enough.
We would fully recommend Mark Holloway (Rumours Disco) he made our Party. What a great guy. He kept the music relevant playing music chosen by us and our guests. Great light show and he got everyone up dancing as soon as he started. The dance floor was full all the time.
He was very pro-active leading up to the event, kept in touch from time of booking until the day and he was at the venue early to test all the equipment to make sure all was working well.

Mark was the DJ at our wedding reception and we were so pleased with our choice! He had people on the dance floor the whole time and read the crowd well with his song choices. His communication before the event was great making sure he knew the kind of music we wanted and seemed to have just about everything available to play! On the night, he was really open to everyone's requests and was great with the crowd making a lively atmosphere right to the end of the night.

Choosing rumours disco providing the entertainment we needed for our wedding and so much more. Our guests absolutely loved the party, and song choice was incredible! (I'm not too sure how many people submitted song requests but I absolutely love this feature!)
Mark was very responsive regarding pricing, the way he works etc. And allowed us to submit a playlist of things we wanted to be played!! He made us feel at ease especially as we'd booked a wedding during covid!
He's such a friendly guy, and we couldn't have asked for anything more! Prices were competitive, music was fabulous and timings were great! If we are in need of a DJ again we will 100% be coming back to rumours disco.

Very disappointing service. Called our guests onto the dance floor midway through our first dance routine which I NEVER asked for. Also ignored my requested playlist and played songs I didn’t ask for until my sister spoke to him twice to actually play the music we had agreed months prior. So disappointing, as his responses were always very accommodating before and I thought the DJ/music would be the thing I could count on to go smoothly, but when it came to the day it was a bit of a disaster. I have never written a negative review before but this was my wedding day and it honestly felt like the correspondence I’d had was with someone else because Mark did not deliver. As I said, only after my sister went to speak to him twice did he FINALLY play some of my playlist. He also announced over the mic for me to re send him the playlist via email ON THE DANCEFLOOR in front of my guests which I just think is completely unprofessional. I also requested to end the night with New York New York as this means something to us and he chose a random slow song followed by the Toy Story song. Just disappointing and I felt very upset by it all. Luckily the songs he did play that were MY songs were great and my friends/family made sure we had the best time.
I have a fantastic PA and pride myself on a system for a great sound whatever the venue size or location. lighting Is a colourful selection of Led and martin dmx units, also with red and blue lazer, Smoke & snow machines. Don't forget, when you see disco pictures, they normally feature lighting enhanced with fogger machine. They look fantastic, but fogger machine is dependent on the smoke and fire detection systems, so you may not be allowed to use one. Best ask the venue first.

YES PLEASE..........We encourage everyone to contribute to the evening, If we dont have what you need (this rarely happens) or we are asked for something a bit more challenging; we are happy use internet and download your track for you, I use some top media sites so you're restricted only by your ability to get from your seat to me. There is no restriction on how many requests you make. Here's the big plus..... As soon as you book, then you and your guests can send me lists by email, right up to the last minute before you walk out the door to the venue.😀😀
