All my guests loved the pizzas, great taste and lots of variety

From the moment we were in touch with Mazhar at Romano Pizza/Pizzeria Al Forno, it was a dream. Super responsive, helpful, flexible and lovely to speak to. As for the day itself, the guys were right on time and ready to serve within minutes. All our guests loved the guys & their pizza. We had very happy guests. Would highly recommend and would hire again! We loved them! They made our 1 year old's birthday incredibly special. THANK YOU.
We hired a pizza can experience through poptop, for our annual church dinner! It was fantastic the communication from the start was really good all the way to delivery and end of the evening by the supplier who was very professional and friendly!

Ijaz was very responsive to all of my questions about the service and always replied promptly. His professional attitude gave me the confidence that he wouldn’t let me down on the day, and he didn’t, the service was fast and my guests were happy!
Brilliant night great service
We had a difficult experience to start with. We double checked that the supplier would be attending our event and confirmed that food should be supplied for 7pm. This was confirmed on the phone at lunch.
That evening at 7pm, we telephoned the supplier as no one had arrived on site and were told there was a delay of 45 minutes, so to expect arrival time to be 7.45.
At 8pm we telephoned the supplier again for an update. The supplier finally arrived at 8.45pm which was nearly two hours AFTER the time food was supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately, this was a children's event and so by this time we had 100 very hungry kiddos to feed.
Once on site, the supplier was BRILLIANT! The food was excellent and the service was speedy. The children really enjoyed the pizzas and were allowed to choose their toppings and requested extras (like garlic bread). The supplier was very happy to accommodate and this certainly made up for the delay that we experienced in the first instance.
Our advice - just communicate with the client. If you had managed our expectations better this would have been a better review.
