Stunning meal! Ricardo made adjustments to the menu because of lots of dietary restrictions beforehand, arrived early to prep everything and left the kitchen spotless afterwards. He even managed to cook in a very small air bnb kitchen with limited equipment. Would recommend!!

It was a pleasure to cater for Robyn and the whole Hen party, very friendly group and easy to get on with, the dinner was in an Airbnb but Robyn kept me updated on what was available. Prompt payment too.

I cannot recommend Ricardo enough. His culinary skills were fantastic and he conjured up the most delicious concoctions. His supreme trout ceviche was a taste sensation and his creative chocolate spheres were a real crowd pleaser. A brilliant and innovative meal by a wonderful chef.
