The marquee was just what I wanted from Rele.vent.
The 2 lads that came were brilliant they contacted me to tell me of their arrival on the day they erected it and on the day they took it down and they worked really hard.
Excellent and reliable service provided by Relev.ent. There was some confusion with the booking dates and we needed the marquee for an extra day. The supplier was very helpful in accommodating the dates we needed the marquee. Definitely recommend them.
These guys were fantastic- the marquee itself was perfect for the event, enough space for 25plus folk. The team who constructed it were friendly and helpful. Would recommend
The marquee we hired was perfect for our event. The people who put it up were friendly and helpful. They checked exactly what we needed on the day and made sure that we were happy before they left. They came and dismantled it a day early on our request. I can't fault the product or the service!

The photo booth went down very well at our party! The guests made sure they made full use of it. The team were so polite as despite the venue not having lifts, the team did well with getting the equipment up to us. Would highly recommend and would hire again

We hired Relev.ent for our corporate event and the service was absolutely flawless. They were incredibly professional and friendly. The staff loved the addition of the 360 photobooth and I think it's safe to say it was used for the entire 3 hours! On top of the photobooth, they took photos which was an amazing bonus. We were sent the finished videos/photos in less than 48hours after the event. I couldn't recommend Relev.ent highly enough. Thank you!

I hosted a 40th birthday party at a hotel function room, with a DJ, bar and food. I thought a photobooth would enhance the experience.
Unfortunately, I received a message from Relev.ent just before they were due to turn up to say that the booth had broken in transit. I was a little disappointed but as it's not the central part of the party it didn't matter too much.
Relev.ent have been fantastic at responding to messages; very clear, concise and well written. They refunded me the full amount even though it meant they were at a loss (service charge gets paid to PopTop). I am pretty confident had the Booth been installed that their services would've been excellent, too.
I may not have experienced the Booth but I will not hesitate to get in touch if I needed a photobooth in future.

First of all, lovely 2 polite gentlemen who came to the event before the allocated spot. They were superb.
The only issue was that the motor broke on the camera spin. They tried their best to fix it. In the end they had to manually spin it however it didn’t spoil the effects of the videos and some people were oblivious to the issue.
I think it took some of the time away from the full 2 allocated hours unfortunately.
I would definitely book again however! and one person has already taken details from me.
It was a brilliant addition to the evening …. Ppl queued up to use it. Quality of films are great! Looking forward to receiving the photos they took.

The tent was dirty Mildrew total shambles had to not use the tent it’s nothing like advertised and definitely not worth the money there ignoring my situation and I’m asking for a refund or even something back it’s really mest up my wedding party I’m so upset I would of been better borrowing my friends one instead
We were extremely disappointed with the service we received. Our event started at 7:30, we originally asked them to arrive for 7pm. Had no correspondence with the lead up to the event. Finally got a phone number - the guy told us he wouldn't be there for another 45 mins (past event starting). They finally arrived at 8:15. Set up, took them 20 mins and by this point was during the event/dinner which drew attention away from the other entertainment we had paid for (all arrived early for their set up) which is unfair. Finally, set up and they tell me they haven't got the phone it needs to actually work with them - waited another 20 minutes for their friend to bring it. This was for a gala dinner evening, the reason it was so important to be set up before, was so our guests had opportunity to get up and use it before the seated entertainment started. I think a small handful used it after but by then everyone had left to go to the live music at the bar! To top it off we have yet to receive the link to the footage it did capture, so really a huge waste of money. Would not use this company ever again.
