Red Herring Events

We absolutely loved our event with Red Herring Events! Our residents had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the interactive elements and the clever clues woven throughout the experience. Overall, it was a wonderful event that everyone thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you, we loved it!

The murder mystery was well put together and great fun and entertaining.

The pre booking info confirmed that Kieran the manager was free and would love to host the event- ended up being someone else. I found this out on the day which meant I hadn’t been able to fully explain everything to this new people about my requirements. I found out from the new actors that they had only just been told my event was a surprise to the guests after I queried whether or not they knew that on the day- just seemed like poor communication. I don’t believe all of my info was passed on, as I specifically booked this event with the understanding that as there are 2 actors that the kids would be kept entertained too. Realistically we had fun but it was a heck of a lot of money to read off a script (the actors didn’t seem too aware of the script either). The actors were lovely though and tried, I just think they didn’t have the full info. Also, I was told to not worry as Kieran would communicate with the restaurant about the event and timings of courses etc however again, the actors had me go through this on the day so I don’t believe this was communicated or the service I was promised. The booking process was simple and straight forward but I wouldn’t book again or recommend given this experience sadly.

Fabulous evening! The actors were brilliant and loved by all. We will be booking again next year!

From start to finish Red Herring were on the ball. Communication and attentiveness were both fantastic. Shout out to Kieran and Alexandra for all the hard work they put into this event.
