I was disappointed with the act on the evening, I gave alot of information that was asked for about the birthday boy expecting the comedy to be based on him however it was more about racism and colour. I hoped for direct contact with the supplier to discuss the plan however that didn't happen and he didn't really seem to have one! Disappointed overall!

Sorry you feel that way. However you paid for 20 minutes of stand up comedy. You did not pay for the personalised & interactive roast. Had you chosen that package , you would have had 20 minutes of comedy about the birthday boy & the guests in atrendance.
However as you paid £150 plus travel (the rest goes to poptop), you got 20 minutes of straight stand up i do to clubs & private parties around the world. I did fit in 5 minutes of stand up about dave off of the one story & trait you told me about him (that he's late) which I did not need to do as stated in the terms of the package.
You also neglected to tell me there would be children present nor did you provide a mic & PA.
I am also disappointed you chose not to twke this up with me on the night in person.

I was recommended the website from a co-organiser and did some searching. We then looked on YouTube of video clips of Raul and liked what we saw.
The booking was easily made and Raul more than honoured the contract and was always in communication; he even chased me for confirmation whilst I was organising which I appreciated.
The show itself was superb, a very funny and talented comedian who we would certainly book again.
I know he is appearing in Edinburgh soon and as such I’ve recommended him to friends who are attending the festival there.
