We've been BBQing for years and years and the hobby grew and grew and Fat Pig BBQ was born this time last year. We've done a good number of festivals, corporate events, private parties and weddings and we learned an awful lot in that first year.
We learned to trim our menu down to make things more manageable and to create a better experience for our customers. Part of that menu trimming resulted in the creation of a sister outlet "Cheesy Lovers" who cater for all things cheesy, be that Mac n Cheese, Halloumi Burgers/Fries and/or our delicious grilled cheese sandwiches.
We are currently restructuring the company under the banner of Chesterfield Catering Ltd to allow us to have the flexibility to supply different menus/personas depending on the customers requirements. So far we have Fat Pig BBQ and Cheesy Lovers, we have more ideas to come..

We specialise in high quality smoked meat from Boston Butts to USDA briskets and everywhjere in between.. but also offer vegetarian dishes - Our Halloumi burgers with smashed avocado goes down a storm with everyone!
