Only issue I had was poptop didn’t give the caterer correct time for delivery

I ordered this for my parents for Fathers Day as I live in Australia, everything was great except it was delivered 2.5 hours late which I thought was a bit excessive, however the food and wine were fantastic

Easy to book and came bang on time. Great value for money. Just maybe put the cakes in the fridge for a little while to harden back up, the creamy ones obviously melted a bit on transport and in our excitement to eat it all we made a total mess. Worth it though.

I caused a mix up with delivery that meant my friend didn't get the afternoon tea on the Saturday but these folks arranged to deliver again the following day, free of charge. My friend said the food was brill.

This service was amazing, don't take funds until confirmed booking. I ordered this for a friend and therefore didn't see it for myself but my friend reported that the food was second to none, great portion sizes and plenty to share and enjoy, staying it was the best surprise she had in ages and the food was outstanding 👌🏼

Even so, this amazing, fresh, generous and tasty afternoon tea was so well received she said it was one of her favourite birthdays ever! I was surprised by how much food they got because it was so reasonably priced and I will most certainly be using the service again! Ordered the afternoon tea for Mother’s Day- due to high demand was a little later than expected but understandable due to circumstances. The afternoon tea was delicious! Sandwiches were fresh and along with the cakes very tasty! Worth the additional wait. Would recommend!

This was for my sister in law’s birthday, she said it was fantastic with a great selection of food and more than enough for everyone, the only issue was she didn’t know who arranged it to be delivered. There was no card or birthday message to say happy Birthday from ? This would have been good I just assumed there would be a message of some sort attached.

I found the service fairly good. I did however have to email with the name and address of the recipient and the message I wanted to go with the delivery. My daughter in law was really pleased with her afternoon tea for her birthday. It arrived on time and was very nice.

The afternoon tea was lovely and my friend really appreciated it, we both enjoyed it very much.
One thing though the prosecco was extremely overpriced as those 2 small bottles, and that brand, should not be charged at £12, they cost a couple of pounds in the shops!

Food was great! But unfortunately was delivered 3.5 hours late... I can appreciate it was an extremely busy day being Mother’s Day but that still isn’t good enough considering the price. Need better preparation and more realistic time windows on busy days....

I ordered an afternoon tea for 3 people to arrive at 12pm On Mother's day. It arrived at 3.30pm. Lisa kindly text me the next morning to offer a voucher for afternoon tea for 2 on the house as a goodwill gesture however I did not receive it and got no reply to my follow up text.

Never received an email with a time slot and did not get the delivery until after 4pm for an afternoon tea. However, the sandwiches were delicious and the cakes were really good too! Putting the late delivery down to just being a super busy Mother’s Day...will probably use this service again.

The food was very good, very fresh and delicious. Delivery arrived about 2 hours earlier than booked. Price for the afternoon tea was acceptable however I felt that the delivery charge of GBP 12 was way too much. It was a spontaneous buy on short notice and if I had more time to look for suppliers I probably would have opted for one that delivers for a lesser charge.

Nice sandwiches and cakes. Unfortunately, the order arrived half an hour later than requested with no communication regarding the delay or an apology. Additionally, one of the four scones had completely fallen to pieces. When paying for the afternoon experience, small details like this are important.

Food was amazing, very tasty however was not value for money. Paid £80 for what was at most £30 worth of food.

The communication was very poor, the delivery was 3 hours later than expected and there was no macaroons....however when delivered to my parents they did say it was tasty!! Unfortunately wouldn't use again 🥺

Very disappointing. Food was delivered to my mother-in-law nearly 2 hours late. Delivery driver told my mother-in-law wasn’t his issue he was just delivering. Hardly customer friendly!

Emailed - and to this day no one has replied to my email!

I won’t be using this company again.

they didnt respond to emails or calls asking for an update or confirmation on order, were late delivering and hadn't let me know when they expected t arrive and then when delivered it looked really bad value for money
