Absolutely thrilled to have had Pro Roasts catering the launch event for Barclay's Eagle Labs in Birmingham at Foundry. Communication with Jon was a dream prior to the event, and on the day the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional - there was no stress whatsoever where the food was concerned, which allowed me to focus on other areas of the event. The canapes were not fussy, simple flavours that delivered exactly what we were after - I'm looking forward to working with these guys again, and can't wait to try some of their hot offerings!

Pro Roasts Events did the evening catering at our wedding reception, as well as cutting the cake up for us. The booking process was really easy and straight forward. They did a great job on the day, such a friendly team making wood-fired pizzas with sides for everyone, and setting up and clearing away quickly. Definitely recommend!

Jon & Team we’re brilliant. When we first reached out Jon, he was flexible and able to fill our request perfectly. Communication was great in the lead up, and on the day Jon and the team were so friendly! The food was delicious - we had a hog roast and late night pizzas (and Jon even came back next morning to rustle us up bacon & sausage sandwiches!!) Our family and friends LOVED all of the food - and our friends who are vegan shared that it was the best pizza they had ever had! We can’t thank Jon enough for making our chilled informal wedding the best it could be - and 1000% value for money!! Thanks so much for looking after us (and our little pooch!) Josie, Dean & Mila xx

My wife and I had a lovely experience with the team at Pro Roasts for a Sunday barbeque the day after our wedding. Jon has been hugely helpful over the last couple of years, with various date changes meaning we tied the knot two years later than planned. Despite all that, Jon always communicated quickly and reassured us with a fresh booking for the new date. Nothing was ever too much trouble with the team able to travel to where we were staying to cater for us. On the day, the team arrived and set up promptly and delicious burgers, hot dogs, wings and salads, quiches (for vegetarians) were ready for the arrival of our guests. The food was all spot on and just what we needed after a heavy night before! We had arranged a package to include hot and cold drinks too, and alcohol if anyone wanted any! To finish we had some absolutely delightful crepes. After all this, the team cleared away without a trace of evidence. Overall the whole experience was fantastic, it was so lovely to meet Jon and his team after two years of emails. Thank you for the excellent afternoon which allowed us and our guests to continue enjoying ourselves.
