Really lovely food and lovely person but would not hire for a corporate event again. Unfortunately the service that was promised was not delivered - we had requested for all boxes to be prepared and boxed up before midday as we had a guest speaker and didn't want any queues. But only around 40 out of 100 were ready, meaning we had queues for about an hour and people were left with half size portions because they could not meet the demand/brief. We had four people from our office help the supplier serve food (plating up boxes, garnishing salad etc), because she couldn't do it on her own which really is unacceptable. The concept itself is fantastic and food is superb - I imagine this would be a lot better suited to smaller events, but this sadly did not meet our expectations and we had many complaints regarding the service delivered.

Thank you so much Sarah, your pasties were truly delicious! Lovely touch with the pomegranate seeds on the salad! We also really appreciated your eco-conscious decision to use compostable containers! Wishing you all the best for future events 😉 well done!

These Patty’s are like no other; they are fresh, tasty, hot or cold. The box of Patty is exceptionally well presented. Can’t wait for my next delivery. I would definitely recommend to my family, friend and businesses.

I recently hired the Patty Box Co. for my wedding with an order if 150 patties. They were flavourful with soft flaky pastry. My guests were so happy and I can't recommend this company enough. The professionalism and communication before hand allowed me to trust the process. I was not disappointed 10/10
